RETURNS

Items SUITABLE for return:
Merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has the original tags.
Merchandise must be received within 15 days of original purchase date.

Items UNSUITABLE to return:
Any clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits.


Online credit:

Merchandise may be returned for online credit within 15 days of the DATE of purchase.
Upon receipt, we will issue you a Gift card code will be emailed to the email address provided.


If your return does not meet the above criteria or is mailed back past the 15 day limit it will be rejected by our returns department and will be held at the store.  The item(s) can be mailed back to you with a future order to be placed within 30 days, or immediately for a $6 shipping fee. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. 


To make your return

1. Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
2. Next, complete this return form and it in the box with the items you are returning.
3. Once your package is received, please allow up to 3 business days for return processing.  You will be emailed a notification once your return is received.

 

NOT Quite Right?
If you believe you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, you must, without exception, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.
